2016 Toyota Verso Upgrading Interior LED Bulbs And Backup Reverse Lighting

It is no doubt that Verso has been one of the most successful car model from Toyota. According to Euro NCAP’s test results, the Verso is the safest MPV. On safety performance, Verso could be compared to the car models from Volvo. It is a compact MPV with very good price. In China, we see many owner choose the five seats Verso instead of the seven seats Verso, I think that is because five seats Verso will be spacious with more space on trunk.

Like many other Toyota models, Verso has the factory halogen interior bulbs. `I don’t like this lighting, Maybe the Toyota designer think the yellow halogen bulbs will be enough for lighting function and good for the other passenger to fall asleep at night. But for my opinion, it will let me feel sleepy too. If the other passengers would like to sleep, we can turn off the dome light. On my Verso, I replace all the interior bulbs to led lights. It looks brighter and novel. On nighttime driving, pure white lighting will inspire me also and keep me a good condition to drive. Besides, I also upgrade the led reverse light and led side marker light. Verso has one rear reverse light only. I had to turn on the fog light to have enough brightness while parking. After upgrading, the LED reverse light is bright enough and don’t need turn on the fog light anymore.

This modification on lighting is simple but it is really useful. I totally replace 9 pcs of T10 led light, 1 pcs of T20 1156 led light, all the interior bulbs are T10 base; side marker lights are T10 bulbs too while rear reverse light is T20 1156 base.
